Protect your SENREVE purchase from damage, loss or theft during transit.

Our Policy

Shipping Protection is an optional service that helps protect your purchase from uncontrollable factors once it leaves our fulfillment center. Shipping Protection is available for all orders, except digital gift cards. The cost for Shipping Protection is calculated based on the order value. If you wish to opt out, simply deselect the Shipping Protection check box in the shopping cart. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, lost, or stolen packages are only eligible for product replacement or store credit, no refunds. Damaged gift wrap packaging is eligible for a refund of up to 15USD. Orders that have opted out of Shipping Protection do not qualify for replacements or compensation for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

 

Please read the instructions outlined below before submitting your claim.


Claims for all damaged, lost, or stolen packages with Shipping Protection must be reported within 10 business days (15 business days for international orders) from when the tracking states "Delivered" or from the last time the tracking was updated.

For missing packages that show a "Delivered" status, please wait up to 72 business hours from when your tracking says "Delivered" before taking action as packages have appeared within this time period.

Before submitting a claim, please complete the following checks.

  • Look around the front and back porch, side doors, garage area, and mailbox area to ensure the package was not delivered to an obscure location.
  • Ask other members of your household if they might have received it for you.
  • Ask your neighbors if the package was erroneously delivered to their address.

  • If you are still unable to locate your package after following the above steps, please fill out the below shipping protection claim form. Once a claim has been submitted, a Client Concierge Associate will reach out regarding next steps.
